Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your ChillAI Pro or Pro Max subscription at any time from Settings → Plan & billing → Cancel subscription. When you cancel, you keep access to your plan's features until the end of the billing period you've already paid for — there's no early cutoff, and no partial-period cancellation fee.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on what you chose) unless cancelled beforehand. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

Refunds

Because ChillAI provides immediate access to metered AI usage (messages, images, and videos) upon payment, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. That said, we want you to be satisfied — if you believe you were charged in error, experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, or have another legitimate concern, contact us at gaprindashvili.zakaria.2004@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge and we'll review it in good faith.

How refunds are processed

All payments are processed by PayPal. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method via PayPal, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
