Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ChillAI ("ChillAI", "we", "us"), available at chillai.live. By creating an account or using ChillAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

ChillAI provides an AI chat assistant along with AI-generated image and video generation features, made available on Free and paid subscription plans. Features, models, and daily usage limits may change over time as we improve the service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use ChillAI. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (Pro and Pro Max) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout. Payments are processed by PayPal, our payment processor. By subscribing, you also agree to PayPal's User Agreement. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ChillAI to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, security measures, or reverse-engineer the service
• Generate sexually explicit content involving minors, or any non-consensual imagery of real people
• Use the service to harass, defame, or impersonate others
• Resell or redistribute access to ChillAI without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI-generated content

Responses, images, and videos are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Do not rely on ChillAI for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with applicable law before using or sharing anything ChillAI generates. To the extent permitted by law, you own the outputs you generate through your use of the service, subject to the underlying AI providers' own usage policies.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts and messages you submit. By using ChillAI, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the service (including sending it to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy).

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ChillAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChillAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using ChillAI and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ChillAI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
